New policies that protect your income. Smarter product features. A growing roster of partners sending more tasks your way. And a major, global marketing campaign to raise demand for Tasker services.
Here’s your full summer briefing!

Big News: Every Ad You See Can Lead to More Tasks
When Taskrabbit shows up on a tube platform, runs on YouTube, or gets featured on late-night TV, more clients discover the platform and more tasks land in your queue.
This summer, we launched our biggest brand campaign yet: When Life Happens.
Life has a way of tossing surprises onto the stage. New babies. First apartments. Breakups with shared furniture. Unexpected pets. And, of course, that shelf you were certain you could install yourself.
Our new campaign follows these very human moments and shows how Taskers help bring order to the chaos.
Running across video, social, and billboards throughout North America and Europe, the campaign puts skilled local Taskers front and center in front of millions of potential clients.
More visibility for Taskrabbit means more opportunities for you.

Product Updates
We’ve rolled out new product improvements to help you work more efficiently and manage tasks with less friction.
Proof of Completion Requirement
IKEA Assembly tasks now include a Proof of Completion flow in the Tasker app that requires both photos of completed work and a client signature before invoicing.
After finishing the job – before leaving the client’s home – you’ll be guided to:
- Select the appropriate Secure it! option
- Have the client review and sign directly on your phone
Once these steps are complete, you can close the task and submit your invoice as usual. Don’t forget to also take a photo of your completed task while you are on site as well.
A Better Booking Process
We’re building improvements to our booking process so that clients invite you to jobs that better fit your preferences. In the future, this will help us:
- Get you the job invitations you want
- Reduce unnecessary declines
- Support stronger client experiences
Address Update
The address screen in your profile now clearly displays your city affiliation based on your entered address. If you’ve moved recently, now is a great time to update your information.
Photos in Task Details
Photos shared by clients in chat will now automatically appear in the Task Details screen, so you can find important images without scrolling through messages like you’re excavating an archaeological site.

Partnership Spotlight: More Partners, More Potential Tasks
We’ve teamed up with top brands to bring you partner tasks — pre-booked, fixed-price gigs that are part of our Task-Based Earning Structure, making them easy to accept and complete.
We’re proud to announce that Wayfair, Cosybunks, Raft Furniture, Danetti, Happy Beds, and trampolines.co.uk are all new official partners in the UK, meaning more potential, streamlined jobs for you!
These partnerships create pre-booked opportunities that are easy for clients to schedule and straightforward for Taskers to complete!
The formula is simple:
More partners → more clients → more task invitations → more opportunities to earn.

Policy Updates
We’ve introduced several policy updates designed to help you get paid more fairly and reduce lost earnings when things don’t go according to plan.
Gray Market Cancellations Policy
Taskers and Clients are prohibited from cancelling tasks in order to complete tasks, receive payment, or continue communication off Taskrabbit platform. If a client requests to go off-platform, you can report it in the app.
Why does it matter? Tasks completed off-platform are not covered by taskprotect, and Taskrabbit Support may have limited ability to assist if issues arise. Get the perks of using the platform by staying on the platform!
No Show Policy
Our updated No Show Policy helps protect Taskers’ reserved time when clients are unavailable or unresponsive at the scheduled task start time.
Both Taskers and clients are expected to arrive on time for scheduled tasks, and cancellations should be communicated more than 24 hours in advance. Clients who cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, or who do not show up or respond at the time of the task, may be subject to Taskrabbit’s Cancellation Policy.

Taskrabbit in the Wild
Taskrabbit has been popping up in the places your future clients already spend their time.
Think:
- Late-night TV appearances
- Viral social media videos
- Influencer mentions
- Tube ads
- Digital billboards
- YouTube campaigns
Whether someone sees Taskrabbit on their morning commute or hears about us during an Instagram scroll, each impression plants a seed. Enough seeds, and soon your task queue starts looking like a well-watered garden.
When Taskrabbit Grows, Your Opportunities Grow
Every new feature, policy improvement, partnership, and marketing campaign is designed with one goal in mind: helping you build a stronger business on Taskrabbit.
This summer, we’re investing in the tools, protections, and visibility that help you spend less time navigating logistics and more time doing what you do best.
