However, the main issue was the lack of communication and professionalism regarding the timing. He left after around an hour and a half and said he would return the next day, but the following morning he messaged asking when we wanted to reschedule, as if he hadn’t already said he would come back. He then explained he had an emergency and would be out of the country until the following weekend. After I mentioned that I needed the installation completed, he offered to come that same day and said it would take another 2–3 hours. Also, one of the rods was cut slightly diagonally, which affects how smoothly the curtains move. Overall, the work was good, but the communication and organisation could have been better.Mounting
