He communicated really well from the moment I booked, calling and messaging quickly to understand the job, asking for the link to the shelves in advance so he could research them, and asking for pictures of the hardware they came with so he could come fully prepared. I'd read some reviews online mentioning that shelves like these can come out a bit wonky, so I raised this with him beforehand. He explained why that can happen and what he'd do to prevent it, which put my mind at ease. Plans had to change on the original day, but he let me know quickly and we rescheduled with no hassle. On the rearranged day he arrived exactly on time, removed his shoes without being asked twice, and did a great job with the shelves. He was happy to answer all my questions throughout. One shelf had an issue afterwards, nothing to do with his work, just something that can happen. I messaged him the next day and he was quick to offer to come back and fix it. We couldn't make the following day work, so he came the day after instead, and fixed it free of charge. Really professional from start to finish, would book him again.Mounting
